The content which we deliver to our partners is charged with € 2.00 per GigaByte where only the traffic generated by plays and downloads of MP3 files is counted. The current traffic status can be checked anytime in the administration area. It updates daily and is calculated precisely in MegaBytes.

We deliver as many TerraBytes as required, however we know that new partners with a small budget are probably scared about invoices charging them for traffic which they have not calculated. Additionally we also want to verify new partners ourselves. Therefore we worked out a concept on mutual trust between both sides.

Starting as a new partner

After you have registered your OMS platform account you can start using our WebServices to access the database and its content of OMS artists and bands. The plays and downloads of our MP3 files will be counted from the date of your registration.

New partners start with a limit of 1 GigaByte and as we give out 1 free GigaByte per month you won't be charged as long as you don't exceed this first limit. To be exact: if you don't exceed the 1GB limit you will receive an invoice like every partner after one month, containing your current traffic status and your balance (€ 0.00 in this case). So without beeing charged during that time, you can test our system, the WebServices and build up your website with our live data.

Exceeding the limit of 1 GigaByte

If you produce more traffic than your current (free) limit you will instantly receive an invoice from us with the balance to be paid. This balance will not be higher than the maximum traffic of your actual traffic limit (plus your traffic for the day you exceeded your limit, as traffic is calculated daily).

After your paid this invoice, we will raise your traffic limit to the next level. The current levels of traffic limits are 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 GigaByte.

If you do not exceed your current traffic limit you will receive an invoice every 30 days and your traffic limit will not be raised.

How much time do I have to make the payment?

You have one week to make your payment after you got our invoice email (plus 3 days payment-buffer). During this period of time our WebServices still work for your page. However, the WebServices will shut down if the traffic sum meanwhile exceeds the next traffic limit.
